TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the payment of the Founding Member Priority Deposit for Olive & Wilde Studios Ltd (“the Studio”), registered in England & Wales. By making a payment, you (“the Member”) agree to these Terms.
2. Priority Deposit
The Priority Deposit is £50, payable via Flodesk Checkout (Stripe).
The Deposit secures a place as a prospective Founding Member at the reduced rate of £150/month.
The Deposit will be applied to the Member’s first month of fees once a Membership Licence is signed.
3. Refunds
The Deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of payment.
The Deposit is refundable if:
a) We are unable to offer you a Founding Membership by 26 September 2025, or
b) You choose not to proceed after reviewing the Membership Licence.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 working days of approval.
4. Membership Licence
The Deposit alone does not constitute a membership.
Membership begins only once a Membership Licence is signed by both parties.
Monthly billing (or 6-month upfront payment) will commence from 1 October 2025 or another agreed start date confirmed in the Licence.
5. Founder Offer
The Founding Member rate of £150/month is valid for 12 months from commencement.
After 12 months, the standard rate of £250/month (minimum 6-month term) applies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If a Member cancels after the minimum 6-month commitment and later re-joins, the standard rate applies.
6. Use of the Studio
Founding Membership provides access to hot-desking, meeting room booking, and shared facilities on a non-exclusive basis.
The Studio retains full control of all areas at all times.
Members agree to abide by the Studio’s House Rules and Code of Conduct (to be supplied separately).
7. Liability
The Studio is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
Members are responsible for holding their own insurance for commercial activity.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
